Do I need to film anything?

No. The agent generates the footage, voiceover and music. If you have product photos or clips you'd like used, send them over during onboarding and we'll work them in.

What goes out each month?

AI videos made by our agent, plus stories on Growth and Scale. Starter gets 5 videos a month, Growth gets 10 videos and 10 stories, and Scale gets 15 of each. Every video is AI-generated footage made for your brand, then scripted, edited, captioned and posted for you. Want your own photos or clips worked in, or a carousel instead of a video one week? Just ask.

Who runs the agent?

We do. Alacrity operates the agent and the whole production pipeline on our side, and our team watches every job. You never log in to anything or learn a new tool. If you'd rather run it in-house, we can set it up and train your team.

Who checks the videos before they post?

Someone on the Alacrity team watches every video and approves it before it's scheduled. You don't have to do anything. On Growth and Scale you also get a weekly preview link, so you can see what's coming and pull anything you don't want.

Which platforms do you post to?

Instagram and TikTok. If you need another platform, email us and we'll talk it through.

What happens after I pay?

You'll get a short onboarding form about your brand, audience and tone, and we'll book a 20-minute kickoff call. Your first posts go live within 7 days.

How do you get access to my accounts?

During onboarding you connect your accounts through a secure scheduling tool. You stay the owner and can remove access at any time.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Each post includes revision rounds: 1 on Starter, 2 on Growth and 3 on Scale. Extra rounds can be added if you need them.

Can prices change?

Your price is fixed for 6 months, or 12 months if you pay yearly. After that we review prices and give you 30 days' notice of any change.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled before your next billing date. If you committed to 3 months to skip the onboarding fee, that commitment runs its 3 months first.
